All About You! Wellness BootCamp (AAY!) is a unique fitness boot camp that addresses all aspects of your well-being. Each session is designed to challenge you at your own fitness level & leave you feeling energized & revitalized.

OUR MISSION IS TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS BY:

  • • Tailoring your exercise and nutrition program to your    individual needs
  • • Helping you develop healthy, lifelong exercise and eating    habits
  • • Making exercise fun, enjoyable and motivational for you.

AAY! exercise programs alternate daily between strength training and cardiovascular workouts. Each week our strength training workouts focus on either muscular endurance, muscular strength or muscular power. We incorporate a variety of activities and equipment, including dumbbells, elastic tubing, elastic bands, and medicine balls.

Our cardiovascular workouts also vary week to week and include activities such as running, walking, kickboxing, jump rope, obstacle courses and sports-specific drills. All activities can also be done low-impact for those with injuries or special limitations.

The cool down segment of each workout is designed to relax and refresh the mind and body. This segment may include stretching, Pilates, yoga, tai chi or meditation.

Since good nutrition is essential for acheiving fitness
and weight loss goals, the AAY! program provides food journals, nutritional education and helpful tips for improving eating habits.

On a regular basis, we incorporate fitness testing into our programs so that you can see the progress you’ve made with your strength, endurance, speed and flexibility.

When you join AAY!, you will make a special one-on-one appointment with a BootCamp leader to discuss your fitness goals and to do your measurements, body fat analysis, and postural assessment. Every four weeks you will make an appointment to be re-measured.
